In this level of training, the dog is not taught to bite which minimizes your risk of lawsuit. Instead, the dog is rewarded for warning threats by sitting and barking. We can teach your dog how to use this same technique effectively while in your home or vehicle.
This type of training is extremely important for single men or women who purchased a dog for protection and companionship. Most criminals will not attack or break into your home if they are presented with a barking dog, even smaller breeds as the barking attracts attention.
Because there is a certain level of control required for this training, the Basic Watchdog Course must be preceded by the Basic Dog Obedience Training course.
